Rental properties and the bottom dollar

I rented a property from this company, and i can tell you one thing. The people that manage the rentals are very polite and professional and generally get things done when asked, but they are working more for the clients they are renting the property out for, and not the tenant. They refuse to hold their clients accountable for repairs, and for cleaning the property up. When we moved in to ours, we were told it was going to be cleaned, and painted, and nice and ready to move into. They didnt even dust or shampoo the carpet. My Children have to wash GREASE STAINS off of their feet when they walk through the house. If you have a chance to rent a property from these people... needless to say... it would serve you better to just sign a contract stating that you wanted to be mistreated, and that you wanted your children to freeze during the winter when the heater breaks. After all, they arent going to replace it.
Jeff and Pam Bomer are the only REALTORS you should ask for at this firm

REALTORS work on commission which tends to make them money hungry but I have seen some of these REALTORS push people into buying more expensive houses than they can afford.However there are some outstanding REALTORS at this firm that genuinely care for their clients, I would recommend Jeff and Pam Bomer who do absolutely everything they can to get you into a home.The other REALTORS at this firm I would not recommend.
